Our MODTEMPO team will ensure your order is delivered in the fastest and most seamless manner possible. As soon as your order is processed, you will be informed with a confirmation when your order has left the warehouse. Included in the email will be a tracking number to ensure the order is on schedule. Please note that MODTEMPO only ships to the contiguous 48 states within the US and Canada. Small and large packages will be delivered within 5-10 business days depending on your proximity to the warehouse.
Upon delivery please inspect your package for any noticeable damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. If your order arrives in a damaged package, please reject the delivery and report this firstname.lastname@example.org. If you open your package to find the merchandise inside is damaged, please report to email@example.com any damage to your order within 24 hours to ensure your order can be processed for replacement or return.
Made To Order Products
Items marked as “Made to Order” in the product description will require extra time for production. These items are made upon the request and often are handmade by the specific manufacturer and are crafted with the utmost attention to detail.

Cost of Shipping
All products in the MODTEMPO collections are eligible for free shipping. If there is an instance where an item requires extra handling during the shipping process and additional fees may be charged, you will be notified before the order is processed. We also offer complimentary "white glove" service/handling on select products. You can see which products are eligible for this on the product page.
