Buyer's Remorse Returns
If you change your mind on your purchase, your item is eligible to be returned within 14 days of delivery, unless your item was a final sale purchase. Please note products being returned must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery. If more than 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please send all return requests email@example.com with your order number, SKU, and reason for return.
The item must be unused and in its original condition. It must be sent back in the original packaging in which it was received. We are more than happy to provide you with a return shipping label, the amount of which will be deducted from your total refund. If you would prefer to set up your own shipping, we do ask that you provide us with the carrier and tracking number information for your shipment. We use this to connect the returned item with your order. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the return address for your item via your return request email.
Once your return is received in our warehouse and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your item. Your refund will be processed either as a store credit or applied to your original method of payment, per your request. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
We kindly ask that you inspect your merchandise upon delivery. If the shipment appears damaged upon delivery, please reject the shipment. We will immediately begin a damage claim for the item and send out a replacement to you free of charge.
Upon accepting the delivery of your purchase, please inspect the shipment within 24 hours of delivery. If for any reason the item(s) appear damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the SKU of the item(s) that is damaged, and photos evidencing the claimed damage(s). Our Claims Department will assess the mentioned documentation and grant you a refund or exchange if your claim is approved. Note that 7 days after delivery, we no longer accept damage claims on your order.
If an item is defective after light use, please reach out to email@example.com with your order number, the SKU of the defective item(s), photos of the defect(s), along with a description of how the defect came to be. When and if your defective item claim is approved, we will give you the option for a replacement or refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for a refunded amount to reflect in the account of your original payment method.
If you have received approval from MODTEMPO for a refund on a purchase, but have not received your refund after 5 business days, we kindly ask that you contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund officially posts. If you have completed the aforementioned and still have not received your refund,, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately all sale items cannot be refunded, as these sales are final.
We are only able to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same product, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return, minus return shipping fees if you chose to use our provided shipping label.. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you for the purchased value of the item, minus return shipping fees if applicable. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you at another time, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified of the return.
If you are arranging return shipping by your own means for an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you choose to arrange shipping yourself.
